PARAMETRIC SYSTEMS
Website privacy notice
Last updated 15 September 2026
Who we are and what this covers
Parametric Systems Inc. is responsible for personal information handled for this company website, business enquiries and meeting bookings. Contact us at developer@parametric.build with privacy questions or requests.
Registered address: 131 Continental Dr, Suite 305, Newark, DE 19713, US.
This notice covers the marketing website and its illustrative demo. Processing of live customer project documents in Asterisk is covered by the relevant customer agreement and data processing agreement.
Information handled through the website
- Website visits: the hosting and delivery services may process IP addresses, browser and device information, requested pages, timestamps and security logs to deliver and protect the website.
- Enquiries: if you email us, we receive your email address, name and any information you include, such as your company, role and message.
- Meeting bookings: booking buttons take you to Calendly. We receive the details you submit for our meeting, such as your name, email address, selected time and booking answers.
You can browse without sending an enquiry or booking a meeting. Contact information is needed if you want a reply or meeting invitation. Share only information you are authorised to provide. Arrange an appropriate sharing method with us before sending confidential project packages.
The demo, cookies and tracking
The interactive demo runs on sample documents and example values. Your edits and searches stay in the page’s memory; they are not uploaded to Asterisk or sent to an AI provider. Reloading the page resets the demo.
We have not added advertising trackers, analytics scripts or marketing cookies to this website. The hosting platform may use essential access or security cookies, particularly when sign-in is required.
Calendly is linked, not embedded. Its website may use its own cookies when you follow a booking link. See Calendly’s privacy notice for its handling of visitor and booking information.
Why we use information
We use enquiry and booking information to respond, arrange meetings, discuss your requirements and manage the resulting business relationship. Where GDPR applies, ordinary business communications rely on our legitimate interest in answering enquiries and providing information about our services. Steps requested by an individual before entering a contract may instead rely on the pre-contractual basis.
Operating and protecting the website relies on our legitimate interest in maintaining a secure, reliable service. Processing required by law relies on the applicable legal obligation. This website does not make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on visitors.
Service providers and international access
Website hosting is provided through Vercel. Calendly handles scheduling; our email and calendar services handle correspondence and invitations. These services process the information needed for their roles. Their notices describe processing they perform independently: Vercel and Calendly.
Parametric is registered in the United States, and our team works from Madrid and Dubai. Enquiries and booking information may therefore be accessed outside the EEA, including in the US and UAE. The services above may also process information internationally. Their notices explain their transfer arrangements; Calendly’s data processing addendum describes its contractual transfer safeguards. Contact us for information about the arrangements applicable to your enquiry. Website enquiries and bookings are not an EU-only service.
The AI and database providers named on the homepage describe Asterisk’s infrastructure. The illustrative website demo does not send its inputs to those providers.
How long information is kept
This website has no enquiry or booking database, and we do not maintain a separate archive of meeting enquiries or booking records. Correspondence and invitations handled through Calendly and connected email or calendar services may remain in those services according to their retention settings and policies. Hosting services may retain technical and security logs under their own retention arrangements.
You can contact us to request deletion of information under our control. Any information that must be retained to meet a legal obligation or address a specific dispute is limited to that purpose.
Demo edits are not retained after the page is reloaded.
Your choices and rights
Depending on the law that applies, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal information. If processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting processing already carried out.
You may object to processing based on legitimate interests, including any direct marketing. Send requests to developer@parametric.build. We may need enough information to verify your identity before responding.
You may also complain to the data protection authority where you live or work, or where an alleged infringement took place. EEA authorities are listed by the European Data Protection Board. UK visitors can contact the Information Commissioner’s Office.
